Notes: SJ Bernly's master. Javier is fantastic in the lead role; he’s very different from Lin - a bit darker, more intense, and less care-free, but just as passionate. The understudies are great as well, but Andrew is the stand-out; his nuanced performance as Philip is heartbreaking. Seeing the show with so many new faces proves that it has legs beyond the original cast and will continue to be a hit. It’s filmed in 16:9, with a mix of wides, mediums, and close-ups. The sound is excellent. Includes curtain call and playbill scans.

Notes: SJ Bernly's master. More new performers captured in this phenomenal show. Lexi is lovely as Eliza and makes the role her own. Standout understudies were Sydney and Andrew - both give fantastic performances as Burr and Lafayette/Jefferson. My best capture of this show to date. It's fully captured with no washouts and no blackouts, just a couple very quick dropouts between scenes. There are a couple heads that can be seen occasionally, but they are worked around and don't obstruct the action. It's filmed in 16:9, with a mix of wides, mediums and close-ups. NOTES: Starcuffedjeans' master. Beautiful HD video of the new Broadway cast of Hamilton! There are a few drop-outs and obstructions here and there in Act One but overall it's worked around. Act One is mostly close-ups and starts at Laurens' rap. Act Two picks up in the middle of "What Did I Miss?" and features both close-ups and wider shots. I did move during intermission so Act Two has almost no obstructions, but honestly I don't even care. This performance - this cast - deserved to be captured on video. The colors pick up gorgeously, my favorite parts of the staging are captured just right, and I even rested my camera on my backpack to help steady it when I was overcome with emotion and shaking. Just wow.

NOTES: stupidwithlove's master First known video of the new Los Angeles production at the Pantages Theatre. This was my first full video I have filmed, so at times it may be shaky. Act one is filmed pretty well, there was no one in the row in front of me so there are no heads. Act two however, two people moved in front of me so I had to film in between them for some points. At other times, I was able to film above them with no problem. There are washed out faces at some points but not during the whole show. Act one starts out with a wide shot but within the first 10 minutes I zoom in a bit more. King George's entrance is filmed really well because I tried for that one as well as Washington's. Tommar Wilson was great as George Washington. You may hear a bit of chatter during two or three parts of the show as well as this one time where I moved down a seat really quickly. There aren't many drop outs, maybe one or two major ones that last for about 3 minutes max because of the ushers being around. Overall it's a pretty good video and I recommend you watch this cast because they did absolutely amazing! Includes curtain call
